We should think about about it and we should work hard on it and that is our health. If you are not healthy and eating unhealthy usually and not focusing on your diet so it is a big concern for your health and for your body also. You can get so many disease because of over weight.100 billion people of india are suffering from over weight problem and because of this they are suffering from many diseases like cardiac arrest, diabets and many more. So If you are gaining weight continous and you are trying to loss weight but not getting the results then you should at least once try this tips I promise you will get the results in one month and you will feel light. Eating home made food only

Avoid all outside food completely and eat only home made food. Some people avoid junk food like pizza , burger , french fries but they eat chips wafers and soft drinks because they think this is light in calories. But this is also play crucial in weight gaining. So people who is trying to loss weight, they should avoid all outside and junk food.

Morning routine

In the morning you should take 2 glass of boil water. But remember you have to take boil water with empty stomach.

Other option is that you can take jeera water in the morning with empty stomach as your choice.

if you want don’t take jeera water in the morning then you can take black coffee in the morning.

breakfast Routine

After morning routine you should take nutirious breakfast. People take so much heavy breakfast which is not healthy for health but, there are many option for good and healthy breakfast like poha, moong dal cheela, besan ka cheela, oats pudding . But these are just few examples that I shared with you but there are so many other options. Take fruits in the breakfast if you don’t have time to cook breakfast this option is very good for those who don’t have enough time to cook new-new breakfast recipes. fruits also very light but nutrious which gives whole day energy for work.

physical activity routine

We should do regular excercise everyday but if you don’t have that time for excercise it’s ok but then you should more and more physical activities. Take at least 15 mins walk after dinner. Otherwise if you are able then do 15 mins yoga in the morning because not only for body but for your mental stress.

Sleep routine

This is very important for you to take at least 8 hours sleep. Early to sleep and early to rise is the formula for you in the weight loss journey. Try to sleep early and rise in the early morning.

Protein and nutrious food

Take more and more fiber and protein food in your diet. Protein is the king for your body. It gives energy to your body. Take curd, paneer, tofu, spinach, on non-veg , eggs, pulses and there are many other examples which are good source of protein.

Stay motivated for weight loss journey

In the initial stage people stay motivate but slowly they feel low because of many reasons but this will not work . you should always motivated you should not skip any point in the weight loss journey. Always stay positive and motivated.

Special Information for females

I want to inform something (omly for womens) if you expecting then don’t follow diet and do not do heavy excercise because it is not good for you and also for baby.

And for girls during period you just focus on healthy diet butdon not do heavy excercise because that can increase your body pain just do normal yoga.
